RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your online order you may return it for an exchange or refund. You must contact us for a Return Authorization (“R.A.”) number.

•   Return requests must be received within 30 days of your order.

•   Returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition.

•   Discount sales merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, and is valid for exchange only.

•   If you purchased our product from one of our Valued Retailers, please contact them directly to facilitate a return.

•   Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return/exchange from date we receive.

•   Refunds will take a minimum of 5 business days to process back to your card.

 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product. Lejon does not accept COD shipments.

LEJON ships only to domestic valid US addresses.

A return or exchange cannot be processed without first contacting Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization number. Contact us at 1-800-223-4434 or email us through our contact page.

Please Note the Following:

•   We recommend the use of a traceable carrier with insurance for the full amount of the merchandise you are returning

•   We are not responsible for missing packages.

•   We reserve the right to refuse delivery on packages received without an R.A. number

•   We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements

•   We do not refund shipping fees

 

Sample Sale/Close-Out Merchandise:

All sales of “Samples” and “Close-outs” are final and are stamped FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

 


 

REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT

If your product is in need of repair or replacement please submit photos and a detailed description of the issue through our contact page. Our team will determine if a repair or replacement is in order.

If the product can be repaired without interfering with the integrity of the product we will issue a Return Authorization number and instructions of how to return the product.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product. LEJON will not cover shipping, duties and/or taxes on international returns. Lejon does not accept COD.
