•  How soon will I receive my order?

If an order is placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped 48 – 72 hours after receipt of order and payment information. If an order was placed on a Friday before noon PT, the order will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped. Please note, with expedited shipping it may still take 48 hours to process the order before it ships.

•  How will I know my order has shipped?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking information. Please allow 48 – 72 hours for shipping confirmation.

•  What are my shipping costs?

We do not mark up shipping costs. Your shipping fee is based entirely on the parcel carrier’s – UPS® and USPS® – direct rates calculated by the size/weight of the package and the destination zip code.

•  Why can’t I select the size or color I want?

If you cannot select it, then it is out of stock in your desired size and/or color. You can e-mail our Customer Service to find out when the item you want will be available.



•  How do I know that my order has shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

UPS do not pickup packages on 12/24, delivery only. If you order on 12/23, 12/24 or 12/25 the order will not ship until the next business day after the Christmas holiday.

•  Is ordering over the internet secure?

Lejon’s  ecommerce store is hosted on a web site with “bank vault security”  using lightning fast SAS 70 Type II certified servers. The data center employs hacker deterrent security provisioning, three redundant network architectures and hardware firewalls.  Proudly, our website is certified PCI level 1 compliant. Your order and personal information is secured at the highest levels available.

•  Will my credit card be charged immediately?

Yes, your credit card is charged upon completion of your order. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order. We will send another e-mail to notify you when your order has ships.

•  Do you have a size chart?

•  How do I change or cancel an order?

If, for any reason, you would like to change or cancel your order, please immediately contact customer service. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you need to make adjustments to your shipping settings we will do our best to accommodate your request, but you will ultimately be responsible for reaching out to USPS® or UPS® to make arrangements. Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable.

•  What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.


•  What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees are based directly on UPS® or USPS® rates calculated by the dimensions/weight and shipping destination.

Lejon does not mark up the rates charged by the carrier.

•  Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

These ship via US Postal Service. Make sure all information provided for ship to destination is correct.  We may not be able to retrieve lost parcels due to incorrect shipping address information.

•  If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No. All shipments are sent with a packing slip, which displays the product and quantity only.  Dollar amounts are not represented on the packing slip.

•  Is international shipping available?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

•  How do I ship my return or exchange?

First, contact us to receive a return authorization number. (“RA”) Pack your returns with care so they do not get damaged in transit and seal box securely. Use a carrier who tracks your package. Packages must be returned with shipping prepaid. LEJON will not accept returns arriving COD for shipping costs.


•  Where are your products made?

The majority of our products are manufactured here in Corona, California. Established in 1968, LEJON OF CALIFORNIA has been  family owned and operated for over three generations. Lejon creates beautiful “bench-made” leather goods from only the finest materials available from around the world.

•  What size do I wear?

Typically, you would purchase a belt sized one size larger than your waist size. This means, someone who wears a size 32 waist pant, will wear a size 34 belt. Refer to our Size Chart .

•  Are there unique variations in each product?

Your handmade item has undergone strict measurements to reduce the occurrence of noticeable variations.  There may be  very slight and unique variations, however, in each of our goods due to the materials used.  This is natural and contributes to the beauty and uniqueness of your fine crafted leather goods.

•  How can I find out about new products or when special promotions are announced?

When you register with us you have the option to be added to our email list. Once added you will begin to receive updates on new products, sales events and other special announcements. Click here and fill out your name and e-mail in the sign-up form on the right.
